Bangkok Life Assurance PCL (BLA) has introduced the Group Life Member Care application, referred to as "Member Care." This application serves as a valuable tool for users to access pertinent group policy information, claim history, and additional resources designed to enhance their experience.

• Users can conveniently check their policy coverage, network hospital details, and benefits, including claim payment history for themselves and their spouses via mobile devices.
• The application provides real-time updates on member status, including changes such as staff promotions that may lead to upgraded plans and benefits, as well as information on newly hired or resigned staff.
• It is compatible with Android 10.0 and above.
